Adventurous Wool Alluring Yarn

Thanks for visiting the Cabin Spring Farm website.
We hope you will come visit us at a farm event, fiber retreat, Ruckus Day, or when you are in the area.

Fiber Camp, retreats, and Ruckus Days at Cabin Spring Farm are opportunities to explore the properties of wool and all the things that can be created with wool fleece and yarn.

While you are here at the website, click on through and get a glimpse of what happens on the farm, and don't forget to check out our blog.

A Root to Clean Wool

A friend, I walk with, went to Peru this fall and was telling me about watching women there, wash fleece with a root.  I was very intrigued and found this site in searching for what it might be.  Very interesting- can't wait to try it.
